before going to Iraq. Over the years, I have developed major problems with insomnia.
My insomnia was so extreme, at one point, that I had to resort to taking prescription sleeping pills that I used habitually
for over a year. Making matters worse, I knew that the army training atmosphere was adverse to a healthy
sleeping environment. Training naturally increases stress and living in a tent with more than 50 guys does
not help a Soldier’s prospect of getting a good night’s rest. I knew that one of the biggest
challenges for pre-deployment training would be getting a good night’s rest. Instead of resorting to prescription drugs or the tossing and turning of insomnia, I tried your “Just Relax
– Stress Reduction” CD. Although this CD is intended to be used for stress reduction, I found
it cured my insomnia. The results were amazing.
Not only did I relax, I went to sleep like a baby. Even when I was stressed or when it was noisy
in the sleeping area. Because of your CD I have made a discipline of listening to your CD every
night! I have probably went to sleep using your CD 99% of
the nights while training for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Moreover, I have lent your CD to my boss
and others to help them with stress reduction and insomnia.

William, I think you are on to something big with this. Insomnia
is a big problem within the general population however, it is an enormous problem within the military. Getting
sufficient sleep in the military is essential for quality emotional health and cognitive tasks such as short-term memory.
The current research suggests that the Army is getting far less than the standard seven to eight hours sleep needed
for optimal performance. The bottom line is that adequate sleep is not only needed, but is a force-multiplier.
Over the last several years, an increasing number of well intentioned military health care providers have prescribed
large amounts of sleeping medication to give Troops the rest they need. Prescribing medication does not
come without a financial and mental health cost. The medications are expensive and they are addictive –
that is it takes more of the drug in order to render effective results over a period of time. I will continue
to use your products for sleep and relaxation. Simultaneously, I will lend your C Ds to others with the
hopes of reducing their stress and insomnia. Thanks much for your help and God bless!" –
